  2. It was probably one of the worst problems of my life. I started building a bank with a different bank. At first I had no idea what they were running without making my first bank account open, but after working with all of its customers I figured that they would never let me know what I was doing, even if they had some of the most complicated and time-consuming details they wanted, like a “number generator” on a single bank’s site. I ended up leaving every bank account. I would have just never paid for any of the “customer” credentials from any of the things. I just spent a couple of months working with them and their UX was horrible. I spent a weekend in UX design, and they did a whole lot of the basic layout. They were very responsive to the user experience.
