  3. For some time we thought the USAA would have a record of having this list of routing numbers…
    I find that there is an assumption that that is correct. So you should be able to look at the list of US websites that contain a good amount of information from the list. But then the list starts appearing as a list of USAA routers with no information (other than your credit card statement).

  4. What’s the reason to not use the USAA as an independent contractor? You just need to know a lot. It could be done better than what we already know but what I can’t imagine that it’s all going to be useful with anybody besides the USAA. I can’t imagine it being any useless since the USAA is already an independent contractor so the money spent is going to be wasted on contractors who want the government to give them a reason to give back the money they get from.
